Overall Purpose of Role:
We offer a specialist service to a growing number of lease companies and insurance clients. Our main line of business is the supply and fitment of replacement engines for the fleet network. In your role you will be responsible for dealing with enquires, processing orders and progressing jobs that are booked in across our network.
Responsibilities & Activities of the Role:
• Dealing with enquiries in a polite and professional manor
• Creating quotes for clients
• Liaising with suppliers
• Processing and invoicing orders
• Liaising with workshops to get updates on repair progress and assist the workshop in gaining additional authority for any parts required
• Updating customers, clients and drivers on the progress of their repair or parts order
• Supporting clients and workshops with technical information
• Processing warranty claims
The Ideal candidate:
• Previous experience in vehicle parts, service or working as a mechanic/ vehicle technician
• Knowledge and a basic understanding of vehicle parts and components particularly the powertrain
• Good IT skills, experience of using 1 link, Audatex , Partslink 24, Autodata and other automotive systems would be beneficial
• A professional telephone manor and good communication skills
• Strong organisational skills including managing your own workload
